its not legal, but police drove past me when i had it on and they done nothing, suppose its how sturdy you make it. what i done was tighten your headset alot so your bars/forks wont move. this gives it more stability as the bike will move to the movement of the scooter not the handlebars and front wheel can be cable tied to the handle bars, frame or to your back? if you do it, show me a picture :tup:
